Are the clubhouse and pools open?
The developer’s September 2026 information describes the Solara clubhouse as opening in early 2027. The resident newsletter also labels the amenity center as coming in 2027. We treat the major planned facilities as future amenities, not present-day access. Confirm the construction schedule and each facility’s status before you buy.

Is there a social life before the clubhouse opens?
Yes. The September–October 2026 association newsletter describes resident socials, painting, Mahjong and outings such as baseball and an airport tour. That supports an active program while facilities are being built. Ask for the current calendar, meeting locations, registration requirements and any activity charges.
What is planned inside Solara?
The conceptual plan includes fitness and movement spaces, multipurpose and club rooms, a coffee lounge, a golf simulator and Beachwood Tap dining, with indoor/outdoor gathering areas. It is a conceptual program, not a promise about opening dates, staffing, hours or included food. Review the developer-linked plan for the layout.
What is the East Amenity Campus?
The separate conceptual plan labels a resort-style pool, community garden, corn hole, hammock lawn, plaza and restrooms. A distinct opening date was not verified. Do not assume the east campus and the main clubhouse will open simultaneously or have identical access rules.
Is Sunchase a golf-course community?
The reviewed amenity plan identifies a golf simulator. We did not verify an on-site golf course. If golf is central to your week, compare access, public/private status, memberships and realistic travel to courses outside the gates before selecting a home.

Do not assume reciprocal access because communities share the Del Webb name. Obtain any written reciprocity agreement and guest policy for the specific facility. A nearby Del Webb clubhouse, restaurant or pool is not automatically part of Sunchase ownership.
Is this assisted living?
The community is marketed as active adult homeownership. Do not plan on assisted-living, nursing or personal-care services being bundled into association dues. If you may need care later, examine your own support options, insurance and the suitability of the floor plan.
How do I know whether the lifestyle will fit me?
Visit on an ordinary weekday as well as during an event. Think about your preferred balance of organized activities, quiet time, visitors and travel. Ask to see a real calendar and speak with willing residents about everyday life. Nobody’s brochure can decide whether the social rhythm suits you.
